In 2006 company founder Scott Koenig ran his very first marathon. After months of training and learning by trial and error, it was time to run. He started off great - all the preparation work was really paying off.
But then, around the 12th mile, something unexpected happened. Suddenly the race was not going as planned. The conditions on the course shifted unexpectedly. Scott had to decide if we would quit or adapt. He adapted and finished the race while others did not.

Much like running a marathon, conditions in the marketplace change - sometimes with very little warning. Business leaders must decide if they will remain relevant by adapting to the changes that lay ahead.

Milepost 12 Consulting is dedicated to helping businesses adapt to the changing market in order to remain relevant.
